Get More in 2027
Once you have your DNA screening results, it can feel like you've taken advantage of your membership. But there's so much more to Genomic Life, including the confidence that comes from knowing you have a health navigator in your corner, no matter what life brings.
Plus, the membership is expanding in early 2027 with three new features.
What's new in 2027
We're continually enhancing your membership to help you stay healthy, longer. In addition to your existing Genomic Life benefits, starting in early 2027 you will have access to even more, all at no additional charge:
Share Genomic Life with the people you love
Current members will be able to invite friends and family (including adult children 18 or older) to join Genomic Life—because the people you love deserve to get ahead of their health too.1
Maybe you have a family member who's navigating a cancer diagnosis—or is a cancer survivor. A loved one who's concerned about their heart health. A relative who's on multiple prescription medications. Or friends and family who simply want to get ahead of their health.
No matter the reason, a Genomic Life membership can help boost existing health benefits.
New cancer screenings
Starting in early 2027, eligible members will get access to new cancer screenings, including:
- Blood-based cancer screening: For members whose Genetic Health Screen results show that they're at higher-than-average risk of developing cancer,2 we will provide access to a blood test that can help detect more than 50 types of cancer before symptoms appear. That's important because cancer is most treatable when it's found early.
- Colon cancer screening assessment: Colon cancer is rising in adults under 50. That's why screening now begins at 45 for people at average risk. In early 2027, we will begin helping members check if they're up-to-date on their colon cancer screening. If they're due, we're helping members access non-invasive, at-home screening that's an alternative to a colonoscopy.3
- Digital resources: If you're looking to improve your health—whether that's making sure you're getting all your recommended cancer screenings, improving your eating habits or something else—starting early next year Genomic Life will share trusted resources to help you feel confident in your next steps. And if you need 1-on-1 support achieving your goals, our team is here to support you.
Beyond DNA screening
Genomic Life is so much more than just accessing DNA screenings. Your membership includes:
Result review
Once your DNA screening results are in, be sure to meet with a Genomic Life navigator. They can help you understand what your results mean for your health—and can help you share your results with your healthcare provider. That's important because the results may help your provider tailor your care, taking steps toward a longer, healthier life.
Cancer screening support
Not sure if you're getting the right cancer screenings for your unique risks? Our navigation team can help you and your healthcare provider determine what's right for you—so you can do everything possible to live a long, healthy life.
Cancer treatment & survivorship
If you're diagnosed with cancer, it can feel like the world stops. Have confidence knowing that if it ever happens to you, you have 1-on-1 help understanding your options, finding specialists, preparing for doctors' visits, and overcoming barriers. We also support survivors navigating regular screenings, ongoing side effects, lingering anxiety, and more.
Other serious conditions influenced by genetics
Get in-depth, 1-on-1 support for more than 100 heart, metabolic and other conditions. We can help you understand your genetic risk or condition and can even coordinate directly with your healthcare providers.
Caregiver support
If you're the main caregiver for someone with cancer or another genetic condition, there's a lot resting on your shoulders. Our team can help you maintain your own well-being while supporting your loved one.
