Previously, Megan served as a Medical Assistant with Renown Behavioral Health and as a Breast Care Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente, facilitating critical cancer screenings, enabling timely appointments, and providing education. At the beginning of her career, Megan refined her customer service skills as a receptionist across diverse Kaiser departments, including radiology, internal medicine, OBGYN, and pediatrics.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she has a love for photography and cherishes moments spent with her loved ones. She's based in Texas.

Chloe Dugger, MS, CGC, is a healthcare professional with specialized training in genetic counseling and extensive experience supporting patients across prenatal, oncology, and hereditary cancer care settings. She earned her Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from the University of Utah in 2019.

She began her career as a prenatal genetic counselor in a high-risk maternal-fetal medicine clinic in central California, where she also helped manage a pediatric oncology genetic counseling program. Before joining Genomic Life, Chloe served as a Senior Genetic Counselor at Genome Medical, providing telehealth genetic counseling services to patients nationwide, with a focus on hereditary cancer risk assessment and testing.

Chloe is passionate about delivering inclusive, patient-centered care, expanding equitable access to genetic services, and advancing the use of precision medicine to support personalized healthcare. She is particularly committed to helping individuals understand complex health information and navigate their care with confidence.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys traveling, live music, hiking, and walking with her dog. She's based in Utah.

Jasmine Luna is a dedicated healthcare professional who supports members in navigating the complexities of the healthcare system with professionalism, clarity, and compassion. Her experience spans care coordination, compliance, quality improvement, and patient advocacy.

Jasmine offers comprehensive guidance throughout the care journey, including support in obtaining genetic testing, resources, and educational information to facilitate informed decision-making regarding personal health. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to health equity and to ensuring that every member receives attentive, individualized support.

Prior to joining Genomic Life, Jasmine worked as a Patient Care Coordinator, facilitating seamless care and connecting patients with resources. This role strengthened her dedication to advocacy and established the foundation for her personalized and patient-centered approach to navigation.

Before pursuing a career in health, Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of California, San Diego, where she became a first-generation college graduate. Through her academic pursuits and leadership roles in customer service and archival management, Jasmine developed a deep appreciation for diverse lived experiences, along with empathy, compassion, and a powerful drive to help others.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jasmine remains active in the arts and enjoys drawing, animation, and film. She's based in Oregon.

Jessica Olsen, BSN, RN, OCN, is a healthcare leader specializing in oncology navigation, genetics, and clinical operations. As Head of Clinical and Navigation Services at Genomic Life, she leads multidisciplinary navigation teams and oversees programs designed to improve access to genetic testing, cancer prevention, early detection, and personalized navigation. Her role focuses on operational excellence, workforce development, quality improvement, and the design of scalable care delivery models that enhance both outcomes and organizational performance.

Drawing on extensive experience across inpatient nursing, outpatient care coordination, and oncology navigation, Jessica brings a broad and nuanced understanding of the cancer care continuum. Her leadership approach is grounded in sound judgment, compassionate advocacy, and an appreciation for the complexity patients and families face as they move through the care continuum. This perspective continues to shape her work designing navigation models that are clinically meaningful, operationally practical, and responsive to real-world patient and member needs.

Jessica spends much of her time partnering across Medical Affairs, Business, and Technology teams to develop innovative workflows, implement data-driven quality initiatives, and optimize navigation programs at scale. She is particularly focused on leveraging technology and meaningful data to improve access, reduce barriers to care, and create more personalized member experiences. As a leader, she is committed to building high-performing teams, mentoring her peers, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In addition to her operational leadership, Jessica has contributed to publications and professional education initiatives within oncology and navigation. She has presented at national conferences on topics including oncology navigation, patient access, care coordination, genetics, and innovative care models, helping advance best practices across the healthcare community.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Vermont and has completed multiple certificate programs through Harvard Medical School. She maintains her Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN®) credential and is an active member and former chapter president of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS). In her free time, Jessica enjoys beekeeping, caring for her animals, and cultivating much of her own food. She's based in New Hampshire.

Dinh Tran is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in genetics, rare diseases, and patient support. With extensive experience in client services, laboratory operations, and public health communication, she is deeply committed to helping individuals overcome barriers to care and access the resources they need.

Before joining Genomic Life, Dinh worked at the Genetic and Rare Diseases Information Center, where she responded to thousands of inquiries from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. In this role, she helped individuals and families understand rare conditions, find resources, and navigate the next steps in their healthcare journey. She collaborated with medical experts, contributed to educational materials, and supported online content to make genetic and rare disease information more accessible.

Dinh's career began at a genetic testing company, where she supported patients and healthcare providers through various stages of genetic testing. She assisted with coordinating samples, answering questions about test options, and ensuring that the required documentation and consents were in place.

Throughout her career, Dinh has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting people facing complex or unfamiliar health challenges. Her academic training in biomedical sciences, combined with hands-on experience in patient communication and genetic services, allows her to provide compassionate, informed guidance.

Dinh is dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers, understand their options, and feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Dinh enjoys traveling, binge-watching her favorite shows, spending time with loved ones, and cheering on her favorite athletes. She's based in Louisiana.

Erica Williams, BSN, RN, OCN, is an oncology nursing leader with more than 40 years of experience across inpatient and outpatient medical oncology, radiation oncology, breast oncology navigation, and hereditary cancer and cardiovascular risk assessment. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cumberland University and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative navigation programs and evidence-based care.

In her current role at Genomic Life, Erica supports individuals with cancer and those identified with high-risk genetic findings. Previously, she served as Director of Community Engagement and Activation for the Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators (AONN+) and as Senior Manager of Navigation for HCA Healthcare's Sarah Cannon Cancer Network, where she mentored oncology navigators nationwide and led virtual navigation initiatives.

A recognized leader in oncology navigation, Erica has co-authored publications and presented at national nursing conferences on patient navigation, inherited cardiovascular disorders, and best practices in cancer care. She is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association. Her professional service includes leadership roles with the AONN+ Foundation for Learning and the National Navigation Roundtable's Evidence-Based Promising Practices Task Group. She has also participated in the ONS/Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation Navigation Competency Modeling Workshop and the ONS Nurse Navigator Role Delineation Study, and served as an ONS reviewer for the 2025 Excellence in Social Media Impact Award.

Erica enjoys both domestic and international travel, along with spending time and making memories with her family. She's based in Tennessee.

Kasey Wilson, BSN, RN, OCN, PMP, has a passion for advocacy and education. Her nursing career began in home hospice care, where she provided tailored care to patients and their families. Since then, Kasey has served as a nurse navigator, helping to coordinate care and eliminate barriers to care for patients undergoing cancer treatments. She has also served in leadership and administrative roles, helping to apply clinical expertise to quality and process improvement initiatives.

In addition to serving patients and Genomic Life members, Kasey has been an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society, serving on conference planning committees to help train and empower nurses within oncology.

Prior to joining Genomic Life, Kasey worked at the Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer Pavilion, part of St. Joseph's/Candler Health System, in Savannah, Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Outside of work, Kasey enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending time with her family. She's based in Georgia.
