How do I get started?

• Once enrolled in the Genomic Life benefit, log in to your account at member.genomiclife.com.
• Check your information and review the forms needed to activate your account and give consent. Answer a few simple health questions and share basic information. This helps you get DNA screening that is right for you and request the tests you want.
• Once a test is ordered, our partner DNA testing laboratory will send you an at-home sample collection kit with instructions on how to provide the sample and send it to the laboratory.
• After the lab gets your sample, you’ll receive your results in 10 to 21 days through your Genomic Life account.
• You can review your results with our expert navigators and genetic counselors.
• We recommend you share your results with your healthcare team.
